Graphene on toast? Edible electronics could help shield you from food poisoning
Rice scientists who introduced laser-induced graphene have enhanced their technique to produce what may become a new class of edible electronics. James Tour, the T.T. and W.F. Chao Chair in Chemistry and a professor of computer science and of materials science and nanoengineering, is quoted. Tour also is quoted in an article on nanorobots programmed to deliver cancer treatment.
