Laser-induced graphene shrunk under microscope’s eye for flexible electronics

February 19th, 2020

An article features Rice research into developing a method to create laser-induced graphene with features more than 60% smaller than macro versions and almost 10 times smaller than typically achieved with an infrared laser. Co-authors James Tour, the T.T. and W.F. Chao Chair in Chemistry and a professor of computer science and of materials science and nanoengineering, and postdoctoral researcher Michael Stanford are quoted. A Rice video is included.
